Making sense out of psychological and educational reports.

This session will take a look at what's happening beyond a student's behavior and how classroom teachers can help.  Come and learn to reframe your thoughts about behavior.  Participants will leave understanding that SEL instruction/support is your key to academic success with every child.  Core strategies to prevent behavior escalation and to support de-escalation will also be shared.

This hands-on session guides educators through the process of designing, building, and refining assessments using Schoolnet. Participants will learn how to create a test from scratch, align items to standards, and leverage existing item banks to develop rigorous, standards-based assessments. The session will also explore how to modify assessments by editing questions and adjusting settings.


By the end of the session, participants will be able to efficiently navigate Schoolnet’s test creation tools, customize assessments to meet instructional goals, and make data-informed adjustments to improve student outcomes. Whether building a new assessment or revising an existing one, educators will leave with practical strategies and a ready-to-use product.

This session examines how PLCs use data to improve instruction. Participants will explore RED, GREEN, and BLUE PLCs to reflect on current practices and identify next steps. Educators will consider how assessments, learning supports, and language supports align to a central focus and monitor student learning.
